MHA Holds First Round of Tripartite Talks with Government of Manipur, KNO, UPF

New Delhi. First round of talks among the Government of Manipur, Kuki National Organisation (KNO) and the United People’s Front (UPF) of Manipur was held in New Delhi June 15.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India had earlier decided to hold tripartite talks among all the three stakeholders.

Talks were held in a cordial atmosphere. KNO and UPF indicated their demands in the presence of senior representatives from the Manipur State Government. Next round of talks will be held in consultation with Government of Manipur and KNO and UPF.
