HQ Training Command Conducts Brainstorming on IAF’s Training Methodologies during Commanders’ Conclave-2024

Bengaluru. To formulate, deliberate and evolve a comprehensive road map to align the training methodologies with futuristic requirement; HQ Training Command, IAF hosted the Commanders’ Conclave-2024 on April 29.

The conclave was attended by the commanders of various training establishments under the Training Command (TC) and it was chaired by Air Marshal R Radhish, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C) TC, IAF. During the conference the AOC-in-C highlighted the key issues warranting comprehensive impetus to align the training methodologies of the IAF with its futuristic technology oriented vision.

During the conclave, extensive deliberations on wide array of issues and challenges pertaining to training, maintenance and administrative aspects were held with ways to evolve a plan of action as the way forward. While addressing the commanders, the AOC-in-C stressed upon the current security perspective and exhorted the commanders to come forward with innovative and tech-inclined mind-set for incorporation of the same in the training methodologies to bolster the operational might of the IAF.
