Air Force Technical College Hosts Seminar on ‘Air Power and Training for Future Wars’
Bengaluru. Air Force Technical College, Bengaluru, organized a seminar on December 9, titled ‘Air Power and Training for Future Wars’ at its newly inaugurated Harjinder Auditorium. The event was attended by representatives from academia, senior officers, and air warriors from the Indian Air Force’s Training Command (TC) and Southern Air Command (SAC).
The seminar provided an in-depth discussion on the critical role of air power in modern and future warfare, emphasizing the importance of air superiority, advanced training, and the integration of emerging technologies.
The event featured six talks by esteemed military experts, including Air Commodore Ashutosh Shrivastava, Commandant of the college, and Chief Guest Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command.
Discussions focused on evolving training methodologies and high-fidelity simulation tools to prepare the Indian Air Force for the complex, multi-dimensional challenges of future conflicts.
The seminar highlighted the Indian Air Force’s commitment to advancing military education and reinforcing air power as a core element of national defense strategy.
