HQ Training Command, IAF Conducts Chief Administrative Officers’ Conference
Bengaluru, August 1. To formulate guidelines, address constraints and to explore workable/innovative solutions in respect of critical challenges in the domain of administration, HQ Training Command, IAF (Bengaluru) hosted Chief Administrative Officers’ (C Adm Os) Conference – 2024 on August 1, 2024.
The conference was chaired by Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C) Training Command was attended by the C Adm Os of the training establishments under the Command. The conference provided a suitable forum towards formulation of strategies on administrative matters that include works services, organization matters, security aspects, HR, education and accounts.
In his opening address, the AOC-in-C highlighted the pivotal roles of the C Adm Os and outlined the key objectives towards further improving the quality of life for personnel and their families, embracing cutting-edge technology, creation of world class sports infrastructures, and gearing up the base security.
