The contract requires the MRO to supply logistical, technical, engineering services and expertise and component maintenance support. It also guarantees the airline access to SR Technics’ main component pool distribution centre.

We have an excellent working relationship with SR Technics and are delighted to build on the strong partnership through this latest agreement.”
SR Technics’ Interim CEO Jeremy Remacha commented: “SR Technics is very pleased to have finalizsed this ground-breaking Boeing 787 contract with Etihad Airways. This contract reflects how we are adapting our business to accommodate both new platforms and the changing needs of fast-growing global airlines. It shows that we are future-proofing SR Technics.”
The completion of the contract follows a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two parties in June 2015, which committed them to enter into discussions.
