PM Modi has Great Energy, Doing Good for India: Russia President Vladimir Putin

New Delhi, July 9. Prime Minister Narendra Modi landed in Moscow on July 8, and received a grand welcome by the Indian diaspora. Russian dance groups performing dandiya and excited groups of Indians living in Russia were prepared to greet him outside the hotel where he is expected to reside during his two-day official visit.
President Vladimir Putin held tea with PM Modi and said the Indian leader has great energy. He also hailed India’s economy and said Modi is doing well for India.
The Indian envoy to Russia Vinay Kumar said the talks will lead to ‘tangible outcomes’.
He told news outlets that extensive dialogue on trade, economic and investment cooperation and connectivity will be a key focus of discussions during Modi’s visit. This will be Modi’s first visit to Russia in nearly five years.
Russian President Putin and PM Modi took a joint ride in an electric car during his state visit to Russia. Putin was driving the car.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked Russian President Putin for hosting him at his residence.
“Gratitude to President Putin for hosting me at Novo-Ogaryovo. Looking forward to our talks as well, which will surely go a long way in further cementing the bonds of friendship between India and Russia,” PM Modi wrote on X.
